Enjoyed fine views over St Mark's Square from our Beautiful Suite. Breakfast in our room was a tasty treat. Only downside was the shower size-it felt a bit cramped.

An unforgettable stay by the square
Waking up to coffee served in our room while gazing at St Mark's Square was magical. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and the staff was incredibly accommodating.
Finding the reception was slightly challenging due to its obscure signage. Having clearer directions beforehand would have been helpful amidst the bustling area.

My family stayed for 5 nights in the Two-Bedroom Suite with a fine view of St Mark's square. The breakfast was delivered to our room daily and was more than enough. Jan and Lucas at the front desk were super helpful. The area had great dining options nearby. The whole experience was fantastic! 😊

Charming interiors and a unique architectural charm.
My stay was a disaster. The air conditioning was inadequate, unable to drop below 24 degrees, making the room unbearable. Additionally, the poorly designed shower area was tiny and inconvenient. The lack of attention from the staff regarding these issues was infuriating, as I felt neglected during a supposedly luxurious stay.

Staying in the top floor suite provided an unparalleled view of the bustling square below, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere. The terrace of the suite where I had breakfast each morning was a true highlight, immersing me in the locale while enjoying the delicious local seafood. While the view was stunning, the windows were slightly inconvenient, requiring extra effort to open and close. Overall, the experience was marred slightly by minor inconveniences in the room's usability.

great views but minor room quirks
The breakfast delivered was personalized and truly enjoyable. Our two-bedroom suite offered a surreal view of St Mark's Square that enhanced our experience. The sauna in our suite was a wonderful addition, providing relaxation after exploring. I appreciated the option to enjoy city views from the comfort of our room while sipping coffee each morning.
The suite lacked sufficient kitchen facilities for meal preparation.
